ABOUT ME

Just like Spiderman and Batman, we all have our origin stories. Mine starts at a payphone in Taos, New Mexico. I remember when my dad pulled off the side of the road to check his messages on the office answering machine. The message had arrived - He had sold his company and I had gotten to be a part of it.This was my first experience observing and understanding the entrepenural leadership journey. Since then, I've been engaged in various start-ups, non-profits, and ventures that all had one thing in common -using creativity to impact the world by building something out of nothing.This is why I love the discipline of coaching. Coaching creates a nexus of creativity, leadership, and personal growth that allows for exponential returns.

BACKGROUND

Education: BBA from Baylor University, Masters in Organizational Development from the University of Texas at Dallas.Career: For 15 years I built a global non-profit organization with locations in 20 countries. Since 2020, I have been engaged in the calling of executive coaching.Certifications: I am a university-certified coach, a Talent Optimization expert using the Predictive Index, and certified to use IBM's Design Thinking methodologies in coaching. I am also an ordained minister.Family: I live in San Diego, California with my wife and four energetic children!Hobbies: I love to sail, coach basketball, and play pickleball.Some items on my bucket list: Go stag hunting in Scotland, sail around Malta, finish reading "The Brothers Karamazov"
