A commitment to coaching is a commitment to lifelong learning. Below are some whitepapers I have penned on the disciplines of coaching and high-performance.
Just like Spiderman and Batman, we all have our origin stories. Mine starts at a payphone in Taos, New Mexico. I remember when my dad pulled off the side of the road to check his messages on the office answering machine. The message had arrived - He had sold his company and I had gotten to be a part of it.This was my first experience observing and understanding the entrepenural leadership journey. Since then, I've been engaged in various start-ups, non-profits, and ventures that all had one thing in common -using creativity to impact the world by building something out of nothing. This is why I love the discipline of coaching. Coaching creates a nexus of creativity, leadership, and personal growth that allows for exponential returns.
